Today's beer drinker really isn't all that different than the beer drinker from days gone by. In fact, its really only the beer landscape of today that has dramatically changed and with over a quarter century of brewing heritage behind us, and as Ontario's first craft brewer, Brick Brewing Company's commitment to delivering Ontario's traditionally craft brewed beer has never changed. In fact, we believe it's improved. Beer and people are not really all that different, and while every drop of our beer goes through a stringent Craft Quality Assured check, its really up to you, the Ontario beer drinker to decide whether you like it, or not.
Red Baron Blonde Lager is an example of a brand that experienced exponential growth in 2009. All a direct result of what Ontario beer drinkers asked for, along with brand extensions including Red Baron Light and Red Baron Lime.
Further research in 2009 validated Laker's new fit and finish of today. The result is a more premium, impactful look that features Laker's new die cut bottle label, beer glass imagery and quality brand messaging. Our Laker brand also won a Crystal Award which is Canada's only award show dedicated exclusively to excellence in the Radio medium. A Crystal Award is a benchmark for creative excellence, and represents the best practice in the broadcast and advertising industries.
Our new Formosa 12 pack size includes our Uncompromised Quality and Legendary Taste TM branded directly into its new premium look. Red Cap completed its transition from stubby to industry standard bottle removing additional operational complexity and costs and our Waterloo TM continues to experience growth and increased retail distribution.
Brick's portfolio of brands is positioned to deliver volume growth, effectively support our Ontario consumers and explore market expansion for years to come!
