The Relentless Pursuit of Crafting Beer
People Really Want

The most interesting facts of life are always concerned with issues of the heart, and this is especially true with the story of Brick Brewing Company.

It was started by listening more than talking. It was started with the belief that there was the potential to make something better for people. Today, Brick Brewery is still about putting the right beer in front of the right person. It's a company that still gives a damn in an industry where a lot don't, especially in a beer world where there's so much mediocrity, so much big business, and so little passion.

Beer drinkers are becoming much more interested in experimenting with the beers they drink, and they want something different. They want tastes that are unique and come from an authentic source. Brick Brewing Company prides itself on producing exactly that! Each brand has its own defining characteristics and offers a flavour to match every mood and situation.

Our idea of research consists of sitting down on a bar stool in a neighbourhood pub and buying the guy next to us a beer. We sit, we chat, we talk about the beer we like and beer we don't like.We Listen. We Brew. We brew Waterloo Dark for Steve the courier guy who hangs out at the pub after a long day at work, and Jack the repairman who enjoys Laker on his deck in his backyard because he knows a great deal when he sees one.

Beer drinkers have been searching the world over for the incredible discovery of a beer that delivers great taste, a clean finish and a distinctive character that separates it from all others. Brick Brewing Company has fast become the ultimate craft beer discovery, and our family of award-winning beers are all available - right here in Ontario.
